Jessica Hege grew up in Valley Center and started coaching in the last year, because she loves volleyball and wants to help others find their love for the sport just as she did. Jessica has experience and excels at coaching middle school level athletes. Players describe her coaching style as encouragind, detailed and allowing athletes to problem solve and figure out how to make a drill work to improve their communication and decision making. Jessica believes to be successful, a team must work together in order to have fun while staying focused to accomplish their goal and strives to instill this in her athletes. Jessica chose to work at SoCal Volleyball Club because When she played here she flourished in the program, and loves the people on staff and she wanted to be a part of that.
When not coaching you’ll find Jessica spending time doing photography, painting, and swimming.
