Hailey Carter grew up in Carlsbad and started coaching in 2017, because she is able to impact a players future and build relationships with her players while being around the sport she loves. Hailey has experience and excels at coaching middle school, high school level athletes. Players describe her coaching style as involved in building a relationship with her players and very supportive. Hailey believes to be successful, a team must communicate and have an agreed common goal that they want to reach and she strives to instill this in her athletes. Hailey chose to work at SoCal Volleyball Club because she has so much love and passion for the sport and coaching at Socal Volleyball Club has allowed her to share her knowledge of the game while having fun with her players. Hailey also wanted to coach here because she has only heard positive things about the Club and it feels like another home away from home..
When not coaching you’ll find Hailey traveling, hiking, and going to the beach!.
