Club Sports Performance Program

The JG Performance Fitness Sports Performance Program is geared toward beginner to advanced athletes looking to increase strength, speed, power, jump ability, explosiveness, and flexibility. Our experienced staff will focus on sound functional movement patterns and injury prevention.
