Develop Your All-Around Skills

We offer programs tailored to all ages, including:

• Girls Flex Summer Training (Travel Teams): Designed for Travel Players, this high-rep program focuses on overall skill development. (Mon-Thurs, July 8th – Aug 1st)
• Advanced Middle School Camp (6th-8th grade): Perfect your skills and gain a competitive edge before tryouts. (Mon/Tues/Thurs, July 15th – 25th)
• Advanced High School Club Tryout Prep Camp (9th-12th grade): Take your game to the next level and impress at upcoming club tryouts. (Mon/Tues/Thurs, July 15th – 25th)
• Advanced High School CIF Tryout Prep Camp (9th-12th grade): After club tryouts, keep sharp for upcoming high school CIF tryouts. (Mon/Tues/Wed, July 29th – 31st)

For High-Level Local and Regional Players

• Advanced Pin Hitters (OH/OPP) Camp (6th-12th grade): The Advanced Pin Hitters Summer Camp focuses on developing advanced techniques and in-game decision-making skills. (Mon-Thu Jun, 10, 2024 – Jun 13, 2024 & Jun 24, 2024 – Jun 27, 2024)
• Advanced Defense and Serve Receive Camp (6th-12th grade): Through intensive drills and expert coaching, you’ll learn how to read opponents, position yourself effectively, and make those game-changing plays that keep your team in control. (Mon-Thu, Jun 17, 2024 – Jun 20, 2024)

Specialized Training for Specific Roles

Master specific skills with targeted workshops:

• Libero & Defensive Specialist Workshop: Master the art of defense! This workshop is designed for middle and high school players (6th-12th grade) (Wed/Fri, July 17th – Aug 2nd)
• Setter Workshop: Become a setting machine! This workshop is designed for middle and high school players (6th-12th grade) (Wed/Fri, July 17th – Aug 2nd)
• Pin Hitter Workshop (OH/OPP): Working alongside Setters, Libero, and Defensive Specialist, this training session specializes in teaching skills to Opposites and Outside Hitters to improve efficiency “at the pins.” (Fri, July 19th – Aug 2nd)
