The Fall Sports Performance Program is fitness training to complement the SoCal Volleyball Club Fall Ball season. It covers movement mechanics to improve volleyball performance and prevent injuries.

Runs Aug 23, 2021 – Nov 10, 2021, 4:30pm – 6:30pm. Join in at any point in the season.

Train twice per week. The full semester is $410. Drop-ins are $20/class. Your first session is free!
