Sadie Casillas grew up in San Marcos and started coaching in 2021, because “it’s an awesome way to still be connected to the sport I love most!” Sadie has experience and excels at coaching middle school, high school level athletes. Players describe her coaching style as consistent, and disciplined but fun. Sadie believes to be successful, a team must use the skills they have learned and APPLY IT and strives to instill this in her athletes. Sadie chose to work at SoCal Volleyball Club because the culture and values are so welcoming and accepting.
When not coaching you’ll find Sadie learning about marine sciences and aquaculture!
