Club Sports Performance Program

The JG Performance Fitness Sports Performance Program is geared toward beginner to advanced athletes looking to increase strength, speed, power, jump ability, explosiveness, and flexibility. Our experienced staff will focus on sound functional movement patterns and injury prevention. This class will also benefit our growing athletes by increasing bone density and ligament strength and boosting their self-confidence. The benefits are innumerable! Join TODAY!
