How to Confirm Your Clinic Day

If you’re looking to confirm the clinic day your family registered for, here are a couple of easy ways to find that information.

1. View Your Family’s Calendar in Sawyer

You can quickly see all your registered camps and clinics on your Sawyer account calendar.

  1. Go to your calendar: Visit hisawyer.com/account/calendar to access your family’s camp and clinic calendar.
  2. Sync to your device: If you’d like to sync this calendar to your Google or Apple Calendar, select the Sync Calendar option within Sawyer for easy, on-the-go access.

2. Check Your Registration Receipt Email

Another way to confirm your clinic day is to review your registration email receipt. This email includes all the details for the clinic, including the scheduled day.

Can we makeup a clinic?

Your Local Program registration only covers your assigned clinic day. Due to high demand, there are no substitutions or makeup sessions.

Are you holding clinic on X day?

There are no clinics on:

  • Friday, Nov 29th
  • Wednesday, Dec 25th
  • Wednesday, Jan 1

*If your clinic falls on one of these days, you’ll find a coupon code for one free day of a SoCal Volleyball Club Camp in your Local Program registration email receipt, as a gesture of goodwill. 😁

We’re on a waitlist for another clinic day? How does that work?

Please attend only the clinic you’re registered for, not your waitlisted day. If a spot opens up, we’ll contact you via email.
