JT specializes in the technical side of the game and loves to break down skills with younger players. He is credited for introducing SoCal coaches Craig Wilson, Bjorn Dahl, and Ben Moselle to the game of volleyball.
He is currently the girls freshmen head coach at San Dieguito Academy.
