Jack focuses his coaching on making individual skills a priority so that when they all come together, it forms a great system heavily inspired by his beach volleyball coaches and his current Coach, Mark Smith. Jack is in his first year coaching volleyball after playing all throughout high school at Mission Vista and currently is playing for the Palomar men’s volleyball team. Outside of volleyball Jack spends his free time working on computers and learning new things. Having played his final club season at SoCal and falling in love with the community and knowledge he learned, Jack returned to SoCal hoping to share what he learned. This season he is looking to make all his athletes comfortable within every skill and position to help best prepare them for their next level. In three words Jack can be described as energetic, methodic, and supportive. He chooses to motivate players by incorporating competition into the drills when possible.
