Becoming part of the SoCal team in 2021 Evelyn has been able to reconnect with the sport she loves. She was an Assistant coach in the 2021-2022 Local season. She is a vocal, positive and motivating coach. With a can do attitude, knowledge of the sport and willingness to help excel her athletes to there potential and beyond. Her journey started at Ranch Bernardo High School helping her team win a CIF Championship . Evelyn is a defensive specialist. Later in her junior college career at Palomar she continued to excel, helping her team with her positive athletic and work ethics. She has coached at Sullivan Middle School and Fallbrook High School. Evelyn has helped young athletes in volleyball and the sport of weightlifting. Being a coach is a honor and a privilege for Evelyn and she is confident in her abilities to be a successful mentor and coach at her new volleyball home, SoCal, where character is of the utmost importance.
