SoCal Volleyball Club has partnered with JG Performance Fitness to offer a Sports Performance Program at the SoCal Athletics Center. The fitness program is geared toward intermediate to advanced and elite athletes looking to increase strength, speed, power, jump ability, explosiveness, and flexibility. Organized by Physical Therapist Gwen Alden, her experienced staff focuses on sound functional movement patterns and injury prevention. This class will also benefit our growing athletes by increasing bone density and ligament strength and boosting self-confidence.
