SoCal Volleyball Club announces the appointment of Jason Sebastian as the High School Program Director and Sola Martin as the Youth Program Director. These strategic additions underscore the club’s commitment to fostering member and staff growth through dedicated training curriculums overseen by impactful leaders.

Jason Sebastian will lead the high school-level Travel, Fall Ball, and Camp Programs. Widely recognized in the volleyball community for his dedication to player development, college recruitment, and motivation of young athletes, Sebastian is expected to continue the High School Program’s tradition of excellence, producing top-tier volleyball talent.

Additionally, Sola Martin takes on the Youth Program Director position, leading the club’s initiatives for youth player development and training curriculum. This role includes overseeing the club’s 4th to 8th-grade Travel, Fall Ball, and Camp/Clinic Programs. With her extensive coaching experience and dedication to nurturing the next generation of volleyball stars, Martin is poised to impact the youth program’s continued growth and success.

The club has recognized the significance of tailoring leadership roles to specific programs. Sherry Clouet, who has played an integral role in the club’s growth by focusing on the Local Program, will continue to lead and expand this important segment. Her dedication and hard work have already resulted in notable increases in program quality and membership.
